Dining area too small. Line goes fast. Everything is good, but expensive.
Went thru drive thru to get some custard. We were handed cones and containers of melted mess. Husband ordered double scoop. Was exact same size as the single scoop. Even the lady who handed us our order didn't know if it was single or double. Someone else came to window and said it was double. We showed her sizes to compare and she just stared at us. Crap service for half melted ice cream
This was our first time at a Freddy's, and the burgers were delicious. Even better, the young man who served us was exceptionally polite. Highly recommend.

Freddy's is a great and delicious restaurant with amazing food and service. The burger is made with care and everything is really good. The lobby can be packed and the line long, but it moves fast with timely orders. Service at the windows is great and employees keep tables clean. The only notable issue is having only one toilet per bathroom, which is a catastrophic failure in design. Overall, customers are happy to have Freddy's and plan on returning.
