I'm writing to let the manager know and headquarters know that we were delighted to make the acquaintance of an employee, Chase (Mr C). He took our order perfectly and made polite, friendly, and funny conversation with us as we waited. He impressed me and every other customer with whom he interacted. This is one of the nicest Wendy's with the nicest people I've ever encountered. Just wanted to aen kudos to this manager and this particular employee.“
