The last couple times I've eaten here, the Blizzards have only been stirred together or had the mix-in ingredients in the top half. Regardless, the service has been polite and we received our food within a reasonable timeframe.
Cashier was handling money and also doing kitchen and said person didn't wash their hands after handling the money my food was cold by the time I got my drink which was a shake my entire group of people were waiting for ice
