We got a a dipped cone and was siting out in the open for a good three minutes and was melting i tried asking for sprinkles with it and got told they couldn’t because the chocolate gets hard very fast while other dairy queen locations ive been to have done it before also with our blizzards they were already melting and they didn’t even flip it.
We waited several minutes for someone to take our order. The guy taking orders seemed frustrated because they were backed up. Also seemed to be short staffed. We got shorted a cup and an order of fries. Floor was so greasy people were sliding around. Bathroom smelled so bad.
I have to ask and hope someone see this. I go to the York NE store about two times a week its very good and well priced but I have a complaint I have to exprese. Almost half the time they are either out of their country gravy or it's so old it's a gelatin. Now I do show up later in the evenings because I work overnights and understand not wanting waste but when you can't ever get what you want because no one wants to warm up extra gravy for the evening shift it gets frustrating....read full review
