I guess it is my fault! At least that is what my wife said. She ordered the pizza and I ordered a combo thing. It really wasn’t the lunch, but the dis function of the operation. Simple thing like ice in the Soda dispenser was out of ice. So much for self serve. Near the end of our stay was a young man in camo was very vocal including inappropriate language, disciplining the employees. Perhaps some customers service training and process operations is needed. Food good friendly staff
Food was missing items and chicken was wrong. Called to speak with manager and was told she doesn't usually call back because she is to busy. That's part of being a manager, to handle customer complaints. We tried again after not eating here, hoping the service or food would have changed. Nope. Still a bad KFC. Sad, because who doesn't love chicken. Oh well. Guess another place doesn't get my money anymore.

KFC is a busy restaurant that sometimes struggles with staffing, leading to slow service. Despite this, the staff are friendly and apologetic. The chicken is fine, but the pop dispenser can be inconsistent. Orders are called out loudly when ready, and silverware may not be readily available. However, the food is usually hot.
The staff are great and very friendly. The service is fantastic, and the food is hot and really good. Customers have had a very pleasant visit and enjoyed the experience. The staff are kind and helpful, even when customers make the wrong choice, and deserve recognition from the owner.
