The only reason I am giving this place a 5 star is for the young man who is at the counter at this moment having to take care of everybody. His name is Loysen. The female who was cooking with a feather tattoo on her neck, was totally being rude to him while he was trying to take care of I who was delivering and people who are also coming through the door. Keep up the good work, young man.Those females that are working behind you and beside you can take a lesson from you.
Amazing manager! Had a missing item ordered while leaving town, thankfully I kept my record and contacted the store immediately. They made it right by doubling our missing item when we returned to visit town,(making the whole crowd happy lol). Thanks for your incredible service and hospitality!
Ordered double bacon burger and double cheeseburger with NO pickle meals, both with onion rings and substituted our drinks with small blizzards. We were charged for the blizzards, the double cheeseburger had pickles and bacon added, along with all the veggies and mayo. In addition we didn’t get our onion rings. An employee brought us only 1 order of onion rings finally. Would not recommend the York DQ unless you are getting a pop or something you make yourself. So disgusted...
