I got in the bad habit of hitting up McDonald's when I was in a rush these past couple years. Golden arches signaled a quick pit stop for low quality, low cost food. Final straw....I ordered a Big Mac meal and substituted the drink for a coffee (they said I could do this while ordering) and then got charged more for the coffee by almost as much as a coffee would have cost ($0.17 shy). I was in the lobby ordering food when this rude lady was in the drive thru screaming at the workers because her fries where cold. The managers where keeping there cool while dealing with a lunatic. The time being when I was there they had fresh fries.

The food was what you expect at McDonald's however the new kiosk order feature is kind of a drag. I always enjoy person to person customer service myself.Kid-friendliness: McDonald's is always great for kid for kid friendliness from the toys in the Happy to the small tables that accommodate small kids.
