Like others have said. 25 minutes sitting in the drive through. This place needs to choose either Taco Bell or KFC because they obviously cannot handle both. It’s called FAST food for a reason. When it takes longer to get taco bell than to wait for food at a restaurant what is the point? Will not be going back here.

The food is what you expect from a fast food chain restaurant so if you like Taco Bell or KFC and have patience feel free to stop here. Although unless you have plenty of extra time to waste I suggest you find somewhere else to feed your family quickly because the service here feels non existent at time. Certainly don't bother going inside, you'll be practically invisible to them. Drive through is the only thing they acknowledge and even that takes far longer than it should for the type of food they're providing. Also make sure you have plenty of back up options because they are always out of anything you actually want!Parking: Parking is more than plentiful because again most people that go here knows not to bother trying to go inside to order anyways.
On Saturday 11/11/23 on or about 13:00 a friend and I made the error of trying to have lunch at this location. When we entered, there was no one at the counter to take orders. After about five minutes of waiting no one acknowlegded we were there or even had the courtesy to say we will be right with you depsite several people in the food prep facing us. After seven minutes we went up the road to Chik Fil A and they had many employees who were taking orders and appreciated our business, so we voted with our dollars. This location has been steadily declining and is off the list henceforth.

It was a combination with KFC and it took almost a half hour to get our order and everything was lukewarm I don't see myself ever going back
Takes about 40 minutes to an hour to receive food. Now, the food that you get is usually really good (they only have enough workers to cook one meal at a time) so it’s fresh. However, every time I go they forget at least two major items up to an entire meal which is frustrating for sure. I keep going because I enjoy KFC food, but honestly they need to hire more workers!!! Stop using the excuse “no one wants to work” your worker retention is directly related to wage and work environment. Improve those and you’ll keep workers.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, through drive-thru, and the bun was cold, chicken wasn't hot. The food wasn't hot and fresh. I wasn't happy camper, with the amount of money I spent. The only thing that was hot and delicious was the new 5 piece chicken nuggets.
