Most of the drive through workers seem uninformed. I asked for something on the menu was asked to repeat myself about 6 or 7 times before before another employee asked me to repeat myself. I was given misguided information. I was told that what I was asking for did not exists. I looked at the menu before I got there. When I pulled up to the window I gave them my phone and asked how, what I wanted didn't exist. The worker who was holding my phone even said the order they gave...read full review
Standard KFC/Taco Bell fare. Updated resturant, order online or using kiosks in- store.
This store doesn't like to make money and to screw over the customers and it's employees.
Why would you have 4 people leave at 9pm, without saying anything, they just walked off cause it said 9pm. So that leaves one person doing KFC orders, someone cooking, and the manager doing tacobell orders and coordinating and drive thru and everything else.
Even though he was screwed, he still was kind and and a smile on his face.

This Taco Bell / KFC gets a bad rap. It is not THAT bad. They miss items in orders regularly, but they are trying their hardest. If there is any line in the drivethru, give up while ahead, as it will take a half hour. Kiosk ordering should not be the only option. One chalupa was totally stale. All tables were gross, and since the restaurant was empty, they should have had time to wash them.
However, some customers had positive experiences. One cashier, Mirza, exceeded expectations. She was welcoming, smiling, friendly, polite, and patient. The Luxe Cravings Box is an amazing deal for seven dollars, including a chalupas, a double-stacked taco, a burrito, nachos with cheese, and a drink. The Diablo sauce is addictive. Another employee was also noted for handling customers professionally and kindly. Their efforts do not go unnoticed.
