Absolutely rude employees, their kiosk didn't work and they gave us attitude for making them take our order. Saw one employee look over as we called for help then ignore us to look at their phone. Then they half assed our order and it was sloppy, same girl on her phone gave us attitude when giving us our order. These people need retraining.

This Taco Bell / KFC gets a bad rap. It is not THAT bad. They miss items in orders regularly, but they are trying their hardest. If there is any line in the drivethru, give up while ahead, as it will take a half hour. Kiosk ordering should not be the only option. One chalupa was totally stale. All tables were gross, and since the restaurant was empty, they should have had time to wash them.
However, some customers had positive experiences. One cashier, Mirza, exceeded expectations. She was welcoming, smiling, friendly, polite, and patient. The Luxe Cravings Box is an amazing deal for seven dollars, including a chalupas, a double-stacked taco, a burrito, nachos with cheese, and a drink. The Diablo sauce is addictive. Another employee was also noted for handling customers professionally and kindly. Their efforts do not go unnoticed.
