My order was shorted some items and the sandwiches weren't made correctly. When I called to ask for the missing items, the person answering was rude (I was quite polite), then hung up on me. Calling back, my calls were ignored.
I ordered take out through the website on 8/12. I received a call that they could not fulfill order because they didn't have egg and told by the employee to call the 800 number for a refund. Come to find out there is not a 800 number and the store has the ability to refund. I still have not received my money back or a phone call from the manager where I left a message. I observed the employee out front walk away from the counter and go to the fridge...I think? Apparently he did not feel a glove change was appropriate. He returned and continued with the same pair of gloves... I have done this line of work for quite a while... Glove changes and Handwashing is Essential in this line of work!
