“Today my company had an off-site Senior Meeting. We ordered from Wrap City in Amherst NH. The manager helped me double check the two owners' lunch and the new CEO's lunch. All of the lunches had everyone's name on it, so there was no confusion of who had what. The order was ready on time and they helped me bring the food to my car. We will definitely be using this restaurant again for future meetings. Thank you for all of your help.“
“This was by far the nicest subway experience I have had in a very long time!! I typically order online to avoid dealing with the store but I did not plan ahead so I walked in. The employees were extremely friendly, attentive, and made sure to greet every single customer that walked in, even if just grabbing an item off the to go shelf. They made polite conversation while making mobile orders with the people waiting to order and were good about keeping them updated about their turn in line. It was clearly a very busy time as there were two people ahead of me, and five walked in after. They were slamming out mobile orders between the walk ins and never got frustrated or annoyed or if they were they never showed it. The store was clean, and I wasn't grossed out about the look of the food sitting behind the glass. This location deserves props!! Especially what sounded like the new manager, directing the other employee with intention and ensure everything went at a nice, smooth pace.“

Sometimes Marc needs to make more meatballs, or whatever, and there can be a bit of a delay.Insider tip: Their large subs are ginormous, so be sure you know how big they are before you order one!“
“Best Ruben!..always made right with perfect proportions of tasty ingredients..well distributed meat (Ruben lovers know what I mean, not just balled up in the middle of the sandwich) on nicely grilled thick cut marble rye. “I want to give a shout out to the two guys working at the store tonight. They deserve to have praise sung from the mountain tops. My wife and I showed up for some dinner (we're driving back to NY from Maine) and as we're ordering this obnoxious self entitled guy comes in and starts just being so rude that my wife and I ate in our car that we've been driving in for hrs just to avoid this guy. These two employees kept calm and polite the entire time. Kudos for them taking the high road!“
“Picked up some take out on September 6 2023 around 7pm the two gentlemen working were not only friendly but absolutely made the most fire food I've ever had from this food chain. I had the Philly's best extra wiz btw I'm a Philadelphian. These guys made my week! My man got the Alamo both were on point I will be returning especially if they are working I'm so ashamed I didn't get there names!I have not stopped eat dancing since I started my meal. Thank you“
