Rte 9 drive thru dunkin's in Hillsboro NH: They made my coffee wrong. No biggie, people make mistakes. I went to a meeting, and then went back, and requested that they remake, or adjust, my coffee. The manager told me next time I needed to come back faster, or they wouldn't fix it. NO APOLOGY FOR THEIR SCREW UP AT ALL. When I told her I had been at a meeting and couldn't come right back, she responded by saying, "well still, NEXT TIME, you need to come back faster then an hour. I'm just saying." Still no apology or acknowledgement for her employees mistake. And how many of these mistakes are happening? Am I wrong in thinking that a manages goal would be that there wouldn't be a next time? Great leadership and customer service? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!! NEW MANAGER PLEASE!!!

Something clearly wrong with this dunks the coffee always taste like burnt tainted water. Great location yet never busy, no surprise though drive 3 minutes into town at least that dunks is 80/20 on good coffee.
