Noticed a female employee stealing from tip cup, she also burnt my food. I loved this Dunkin’s and since she started working there things have gone downhill there

Long wait for short lines. Person in front of me drove through the grass just to escape the wait. Enough said.

Absolutely disgusted by the blatant attitude portrayed by one of the young workers at this establishment. No respect for the customers and acts like anything the customer orders is ruining his day. Couldn’t even finish ordering because being disrespected is not in my agenda for the day. This is also not the first time with this employee. Also spoke to the shift lead and all that was said was “we’ve been trying to deal with him” um no. He shouldn’t be working in customer service if he is going to disrespect people who did absolutely nothing to him. Never going to that dunks again.

I wouldn't know how their product is. The ride cashier said they won't take cash.

They were not open at 5am. I left after waiting for 15 min
A long time ago, Dunkin made their own donuts in the store. I remember those days. Fresh, variety, and abundant. They were inexpensive and good. So good that they had a reputation for what I just described. But they became corporate where some over educated, cash cow motivated, and out of touch folks took over. The donuts are likely made hundreds of miles away from the store, several days earlier, maybe weeks. Additionally, they always run out of product. Now, they serve breakfast sandwiches frozen to perfection containing sausage, ham, or egg. It's consistent with rubber. It's no cheap either. The coffee is supposed to be the best. It's not. I'm fortunate to live in a small Maine town where they make fresh donuts for half the price. Better quality, fresh, better tasting, and in touch with what people want. A Dunkin moved in across the street. The mom and pop shop hasn't lost its customers.

There is a kid who is very rude in there and made the experience horrible. This kid had a bad attitude and it seemed like he did not want to be there. I would recommend firing

This dunkins has always been absolutely horrible with consistency. Different products every time, even though I order the same thing on the menu. I just got served a no trespass order 3 weeks after an employee SCREAMED bloody murder that she was going to call the cops on me because I asked for something to be re-made. I never raised my voice one bit and kept calm. Thanks for the no trespassing order. You guys really went as low as you could go huh?

Understanding that this location has a HIGH customer rate, more so in the weekends CONSTANT - I always have great experience. The experience is based on each proceeding customer. They are attentive, and go in order according to slip number. Drive thru and front counter are two separate locations with staffing assigned to THAT specific area. Lines are moved as quick as they can. It makes it a much longer wait when customers are ordering $40 worth of drinks or $80 in food. The wait time is based in the customer's. Not their attentiveness because they do work and do the best they can! Love antrim dunks❤️

For me it’s the quality control: so many times I’ve gone and ordered over the app or in person and they’ve messed up parts of the order. I get they’re habitually short staffed but the excuse rings old after a spell.
