Terrible experience. We went inside and got completely ignored by the 2 people working in here, then after waiting for 10 minutes we tried the drive through and the 2 employees were talking over each other over the intercom. Also the driveway is very treacherous. Do not recommend.

Say what you want about immigrants, I have my views too. But I've never been able to eat inside here before, always DT only due to staffing. But this time dining room was open and clean. Staff was all Latino great English and friendly and I will say, tastiest BK I've had in years. Now if the owner would just get their lot's potholes filled it'd be even better! In serious, don't pull in fast, especially at night

It's all been said at this point. Friendly staff, bad parking lot, you better know exactly what you want to order because the the menu board looks like it's been torn up by a rampaging bull moose.

Best burger King going! Always nice hot and fresh. We make it a point to stop on our way further north. Now if only they plowed better.

Did corporate forget about this store ? Did the king leave the throne? Place looks like an actual scene from the walking dead. Place needs help or something 😭. So sad

Location is right off the highway.

One of the cleanest Burger Kings that I've been in. Love their impossible whopper, even if it is a bit pricey these days.

Understaffed and wrong priorities. The drive thru takes precedence over customers at the counter.
This location hasn't been updated yet, so it's very behind the times.
Slow service. No heat in the restrooms.

I have lived in Ashland for a year and a half now. This is the only fast food service in the area, aside from Sals. That being said, I used to love coming here as a single mother who is quite frankly, too tired to cook some nights. I was always greeted by an older gentleman with the best service. I also appreciate the fact that the company is independantly owned, which that man pointed out on multiple occasions. The quality of food is better because of it but recently, the new service is flat out rude and disrespectful. They barely acknowledge you, speak to you or hardly ever give you what you ask for. I work costumer service so I get it but if you don't care, just say that. It seemed whoever working the drive-thru tonight felt exactly that way. Sometimes working the food is not the only thing that matters. I will not be coming back.
