Hello…Just had lunch here at Village pizza and grill.Kristina was a perfect example of how to make a simple lunch pleasurable. Sincere greeting, perfect timing on needs such as more water or beer in my case.The Italian sub was simple, Im sorry simply perfect! Built like a pro, hats off to the chef.Exceeded my expectations on all fronts.

Normally we have a good experience here, I’d say they are the best in town. And I know every place makes mistakes sometimes… but I felt like sharing this one.. this is the thinnest, patchiest, pizza I’ve ever seen lol. Even with the cuts they made it’s so thin that you’d have manually cut and remove each piece carefully in order for it not to turn into a complete mess. I’ve attempted to eat 3 pieces and it’s all crunchy hard crust. I feel like I ate one piece lol.. Village do better! $25 for a cheese pizza (with tip) for this sloppy work feels like a SCAM! I mean for the most part it did taste good, and the workers are nice… but COME ON NOW GUY(Wife wanted me to add that the Pizza was also Soggy, which made the whole experience even worse lol)Not a good way to start of the New Year.. I probably won’t be back for a while.. Sals down the road makes Thin Pizza but atleast it’s not like putting a Wet n’ Warm tortilla in your mouth….

Mary was our waitress and she was great! Great sense of humor! Our food was hot and fresh....fries are crispy, yet soft inside like I like.... the pizza my son had was amazing. It was the all meat pizza. This will be our family monthly spot for sure!Kid-friendliness: Mary interacted well with our teens and took notice of their manners... very kid/teen friendly....we had four.

Ordered turkey club with “little” mayo. The roll was saturated with mayo.Sandwich had no lettuce or tomatoes.Club sandwiches usually come with lettuce and tomato, hence the word Club. Was told you must be specific and ask for everything that’s suppose to be on a Club sandwich. Surprised I got the turkey with a Turkey Club!

Just a warning to anyone that was given a gift card. If it is over a year old they will not honor it. I just lost $35 tonight. It is not stated on the card only to check with the retailer. They will not be getting my business anymore.
The dinners are good, stick to that. Could add a green spring mix to the menu....iceberg is old school Mr. Owner....get with the health movement. Pie not so good. Strange dough....glue like and flexible....reminds me of stretch Armstrong...lol. Not down with it. Better pie at the Common Man (exceptional), The Mug, Rossies and Giuseppies.

Uninterested staff and management. Making mistakes over and over and never admit or apologize. Poor food quality as of late. Food was good pre Covid, post don’t waste your money! They still occasionally can turn out a good pizza during the week but everything else is ugh especially on the weekends. We have had much better experiences with their Bristol location however!

We used to love it here! Since Covid it has been terrible. I got it for a long while, short staffed, stressed but prices are going up and that tip pad is presented while they don’t even acknowledge you. We are locals so we keep trying but…ugh. Error after error after error and when brought up to management looking for nothing but acknowledgment they are rude. Food is going up in price and the quality of both the food and service is terrible. Ordering out…make sure you wait for the staff to finish their conversations before they give you food and the tip pad. They enter orders wrong, it’s the customers fault. Metal bristle in good , must of been from you not them. Yellow lettuce, no cheese, deal with it they say. Their other location in Bristol we have had great experiences with but rude management equals no business from us anymore even if it’s convenient.
