I got a medium iced coffeee regular with butter pecan and the girl made it wrong which is no problem I asked her is she could remake it because it was supposed to have cream in it and she put almond milk in it she just added cream to a coffee that she put almond milk in and ran away. We asked the other lady to remake it and she was much nicer but why would you add cream to a coffee you put almond milk in!!

Multiple mornings “grills down, boss was late” what a joke. Worst run Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. At least 3 times in the past 6 months. They opened over a half an hour earlier each time.

This store is very consistent with their service. The wait is typically faster than other dunks around. My coffee is very consistent and as I order it. I stopped going to the dunks down the road because they kept messing my order up and are rather rude. I will drive the extra few minutes for this location!
Parking: Plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Staff are always very happy to see my kids! It's good to go somewhere that isn't short. And acting like my kids choosing what they want is a hassle. Love the staff!

Strawberry coolatta didn’t taste right. It was very gross. Donuts were undercooked! I’m 17 weeks pregnant I shouldn’t have to worry about donuts being undercooked. I hope I don’t get sick. I used to work at dunks many years ago I know what they should look like also that coolatta shouldn’t taste so off. It’s hard to make a simple coolatta.
