“First time here and pleasently surprised about everything about this place.
First and foremost the food was exceptional for a pizza place. Everything we order was delicious, well prepared and well presented. I'm not really a pizza kind of guy because I am always routinely disappointed with the preparation, especially when it comes to ordering toppings. Most places in my experience have been very cheap and conservatively chintzy with their toppings. When you're paying a dollar plus for each topping you expect hopefully to see your money's worth of toppings. Well this place did not disappoint. I was blown away by the generous proportions of toppings that were put on my pizza. Everything from the dough, cheese and toppings made for the most delicious pizza I have ever had in a long long time.
It was also a very pleasant place to enjoy our dining. Kept very clean, very roomy, very welcoming and a lot bigger inside than I expected the place to be from the looks of the outside of the building.
I can't wait to return to order some of their other menu offerings.”

“Stopped in last night with a large group of family and friends after attending a wake. It was getting late and we were all hungry and tired, so everyone was looking forward to sitting down, having a good meal, and unwinding with a cocktail.

Our server was wonderful, the food came out quickly, and the portions were generous enough that many of us brought home leftovers for another meal. There was also acoustic music playing, which added a really nice touch—it was enjoyable without being too loud, and we could still easily hear each other across the table.

Overall, it was a comfortable and welcoming place to spend the evening without feeling rushed or like we were inconveniencing anyone. Five stars for sure!”

“Great place to have a tasty meal. On a lovely day you can sit on the patio that overlooks the golf course. They don't use latex gloves in their kitchen, which is vital if you have a serious allergy to them.”

“We stopped at Copper Door for a family dinner after a long day at Canobie, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to our server, Jenny, and the manager, Sherry.

Jenny was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We had our two little girls with us after a very full day, and she was incredibly patient, kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet with them. Anyone who has taken tired kids out to dinner knows how much a server like that can completely change the experience for a family. She never made us feel rushed or like the kids were a bother. She was fantastic.

My mother ordered her steak medium rare and unfortunately it came out well done. Things happen, and honestly, it wasn’t something we were terribly upset about. But Jenny immediately apologized and handled it so professionally.

Then Sherry, the manager, came over and absolutely went above and beyond. She was warm, gracious, and immediately made sure everything was taken care of. She removed the steak from our bill and even gave us a gift card for the inconvenience, which we absolutely were not expecting.

Mistakes happen at every restaurant. What really says something about a place is how the staff responds when they do, and both Jenny and Sherry turned a small issue into an incredibly positive experience. Their level of hospitality and customer service was exceptional.

Copper Door is lucky to have them both. We will absolutely be back! ❤”

“My husband took me here last night for our Aniversary. He knows I love duck. We were greeted at the door and sat us right away. Our waiter Andrew kept us content with making sure everything was fine with the appetizers drinks entrees and the dessert. The food was amazing. The duck was excellent and my husband's short ribs were delicious. I would definitely go back again. We went early and still made reservations which I suggest you make as I heard this place gets packed on the weekends.”

Charles the manager was easy to work with making our plans and made sure everything ran smoothly and as planned. He was helpful, professional, responsive and friendly. “If you haven't been to the new location of Fresh AF, you need to run, don't walk!! Everything you get will be amazing!! I have been twice in 2 days- and this will just be my review for today! I finally was able to get some pictures before we ate it all! First, the new place is beautiful. Taryn did a great job, to create a warm, and welcoming place. Everyone is friendly, even when there are lines- which yes, sometimes there are- they move very quickly, the staff is excellent, and they move everyone along quickly. The cases are filled with mouthwatering sweet and savory treats, from croissants, hand pies, cupcakes, to tarts, to macarons, to donut pops, and multiple rotating items. New introductions in the grab and go section I have tried today, and can vouch for! On today's list of goodies, I bought us, a potato skin hand pie- oh my. You will want more than one!! So incredibly good- it is like a twice baked potato, with bacon, cheese, chives and some sour cream on top of a croissant like crust. (I am not a baker so forgive me for my non technical terms))! I also bought a veggie hand pie, and a Fenway hand pie- sausage, peppers, and onions. Yum! The strawberry shortcake stuffed donut was to die for! It was devoured in less than 3 minutes by us. The homemade whipped cream is ridiculously good! I lied- I will also tell you about the trifles that I have bought on my past 2 weekends. The first weekend was a strawberry shortcake (?) trifle, and last weekend a blueberry cheesecake trifle. Oh. My. God. There went the diet. The whipped cream did me in. Lastly, I bought the chopped Italian salad with burrata. It is so good!! That was my dinner today, it was so filling, and oh, and the burrata with the hot pepper jam on it was just fantastic!! Seriously, I am so happy she moved to Plaistow! This place is AMAZING!! *Just to note, this review is a few weeks old, it is my Yelp Review :) However, I can add my Quiche from this morning was outstanding!!!!”

“My wife and I were in the area. Stopped for a late breakfast. Spacious, clean and friendly. Decor was local, natural and fun. Loved the light covers that appeared to be blue sky with occasional puffy clouds. Nice touch. Our server was amazing. Im not sure how her name is spelled but I think it was close to Ava (ah-va). Super friendly, good humor, very attentive. I did not have to ask for any of my 3 coffee refills. :) but not overly aggressive. I love dipping my toast in over easy eggs. First bite was noticeably good. I know you think eggs are eggs but my wife got scrambled and had the same reaction. Yum. Toast was hot and crispy. Bacon thick cut and crispy not burned. Average sausage patty. Thin ham with crispy edge was a nice difference. French toast was thick buttery with a healthy cinnamon taste. Home fries crispy with a light seasoning. And hollandaise was thick not oily. Prices were competitive not the cheapest but certainly not to expensive. GREAT breakfast :)”

“My husband took our 4 boys out for a father/son day, so I decided to take my daughter out for a late breakfast. We ended up at a restaurant that’s been on my radar for awhile, Roasted coffee bar in Haverhill (181 Groveland St).. and I’m so happy with our choice! It’s a small spot tucked in a residential area, parking at the restaurant is limited but plenty of on street parking. It’s bigger inside than I expected though, with several tables along with some comfy looking armchairs. Very cozy atmosphere with plants and other pretty decor. Spotlessly clean as well. They offer a variety of creative sandwiches, toasts, waffles, salads, and wraps along with all sorts of coffee and tea based drinks. I opted to “make my own” and I chose buttermilk fried chicken with bacon, pickles and whole grain mustard on a homemade biscuit. My daughter ordered one of their specialty sandwiches called “Spice Of Life” which is Buttermilk fried chicken, maple-sriracha syrup, cheddar cheese, bacon and house-made pickles.. she also got hers on a biscuit. Everything was absolutely delicious! We both agreed that these were the best biscuits we’ve ever gotten in any restaurant we’ve ever been to. Flaky and buttery.. they melt in your mouth.. I could eat a plate of those plain and be perfectly happy! But the chicken was also fantastic..juicy and tender, super crispy and flavorful crust. The bacon they use is excellent.. very smoky flavor. Their (House-made) pickles are a bit sweeter than standard pickles but still very good. These are hefty sandwiches too. They don’t skimp on portions at all. Prices are between $10.00 and $14.00 each which I feel is perfectly reasonable considering both the quality and the sheer amount of food they give you. For drinks I got an iced latte with skim milk and caramel, my daughter got an iced matcha latte with almond milk and vanilla syrup. Drinks were great, coffee had a nice robust fresh roasted flavor. My daughter said the quality of the matcha they use is very good. The staff was super friendly, and the service was quick. You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. Lots of ppl were coming in to get take out too (you can order online via “spot on” seamless, grubhub and Uber eats). They are open 7 days a week from 7am until 2pm. Great food, great staff, great restaurant! Highly recommend you give them a try!”
