This store is very consistent with their service. The wait is typically faster than other dunks around. My coffee is very consistent and as I order it. I stopped going to the dunks down the road because they kept messing my order up and are rather rude. I will drive the extra few minutes for this location!Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Staff are always very happy to see my kids! It's good to go somewhere that isn't short. And acting like my kids choosing what they want is a hassle. Love the staff!Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and easy access through the doors.

Strawberry coolatta didn’t taste right. It was very gross. Donuts were undercooked! I’m 17 weeks pregnant I shouldn’t have to worry about donuts being undercooked. I hope I don’t get sick. I used to work at dunks many years ago I know what they should look like also that coolatta shouldn’t taste so off. It’s hard to make a simple coolatta.

Food is passable, but is just warmed up processed junk. Service is terrible. Go in and kids are no where to be found. Wait at the counter is 10 min even with no line. They don't pay attention unless you drive up. Try to enjoy your purchase in the dining room and get the soothing profanities screamed back and forth of the teen staff with no adult supervision. Just close your doors!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. The experience I had here today was crazy. The cashier arguing with me about what I ordered. The other one arguing that I received something I didn’t. Hanging me a coffee that’s dripping all down the side of it. This location is trash and I will never come here again.

Saw employees vaping on the floor, phones were just on the counter, and they were all complaining about customers orders. Not to mention they got my drink wrong and told me there was nothing they could do about it. Poor customer service, felt very unwelcoming.

We come here most of the time sometimes they talk too much and they don't get the order right I just got the new donut stuffer with chocolate this was the first time that I got it and the last time they heated it up way too much that the chocolate on the inside was burnt and the croissant was just falling apart
