The staff are not very friendly and the young girls working there seem unhappy. 🙁 I went four other times too and noticed the other staff were not friendly either, one employee was on her phone the whole time not working, even another costumer pointed it out, I found it odd. Many other options in the area to choose from.

I used to go here all the time years ago but I hadn’t been since it changed owners. Not sure that had anything to do with my experience, though…just to be clear!
I guess I just think there are better options around? Stillwells down the street has better prices, Carters in Bradford has better ice cream (in my opinion) and similar but slightly better views. Also, I went with my daughter and it’s kind of a downer when the staff never even really acknowledges you. Just rings it up on the register and talks to each other, hands you the ice cream without even looking your way.
But, just my opinion!

Absolutely amazing I love the place. It's In A beautiful place with amazing scenery aswell.
I'm a loyal customer that spends about $60 every other day for ice cream but not anymore literally stood in line for an hour and 15 minutes to get the poorest quality of our banana splits so sad to see this happen I get it's busy but seriously I spend over $60 for such poor product tonight
