We typically go here somewhat frequently, as we enjoy the patio, and the food/service is usually good. We went this past weekend, and had a horrible experience - the food was fine once it finally came, but the service was AWFUL. It took over an hour to get our meal, and the waitress didn't check on us once while we waited - no drink refills, no apologies, no bread. Our salads didn't come out before our entrees, and they forgot to bring one of them when everything came together (and then she argued that the kitchen made a garden salad, not a caesar, so I must have ordered a garden salad... I 100% ordered a caesar). She brought the check without asking if we wanted dessert, and then acted annoyed when we indicated that we'd like to order dessert. We ordered, the drinks came out pretty quickly, but the desserts took 45 minutes to come out (which is insane to me - once again, the waitress didn't come over once while we waited) and they were all terrible. The kids sundaes were half melted, the bread pudding had a big hair in the middle of it (when we told the waitress, she demanded to see the hair and then took the uneaten dessert away - no apology, and she didn't take it off the bill), and the creme brulee didn't have a caramelized top (it was squishy, not crunchy at all - straight out of the fridge, no sugar on top, no blowtorch. When I pointed it out, she said it was supposed to be that way and indicated that the brown sprinkles on top, which looked like cinnamon, were blowtorch marks even tho they clearly were not. She did offer to have it caramelized, but at that point we'd been there for 2.5 hours and I didn't want to wait any longer). I emailed ACC to inform them of our experience, but it's now been 4 days and they didn't even respond - I wasn't looking for money (tho we did pay $35 plus tip for dessert that we didn't eat, and $25 plus tip for salads that we didn't really want by the time we got them, as they came at the same time as our entrees) but acknowledgement would have been nice. I'm really disappointed. I wasn't intending to stop being a customer due to 1 bad experience, but the fact that management couldn't be bothered to respond to me has changed my mind. I won't be going back.

I made a reservation on Tuesday for Saturday night. My phone has a record of the call. I did not get the name of the person who took my call, won’t make that mistake again. She never entered my reservation. BTW, no online rezzies, phone call only.
Upon arriving on Saturday, there was no reservation under my name. After a lot of hemming and hawing, the hostess “found” us a table by the back door. I asked if we could dine outside on the patio as that was the reason we chose that restaurant, but she told us that those tables were all taken.
Our table by the door looked out onto the patio, where less than 50% of the tables were taken and that remained the case the entire time we were there. Less than half of the tables inside were filled as well. It was a quiet night on the holiday weekend. Interestingly, our server only had our table inside, the rest of her tables were out on the patio! It would’ve been no problem at all to them to accommodate our request.
I just can’t get past the fact that they didn’t want to accommodate us. I was respectful in making my request, the hostess just didn’t care.
To add insult to injury, they set up for a table of 8 behind us. When the diners arrived, they asked to be moved outside and they did it for them!
My only recourse is to take my business elsewhere in the future where the customer is valued. The food was good, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great place to have a tasty meal. On a lovely day you can sit on the patio that overlooks the golf course. They don't use latex gloves in their kitchen, which is vital if you have a serious allergy to them.

Been a long time customer and the food was always good and consistent. Over the last few months it has gone down hill. Menu changed, taking away a lot of their popular items. As a vegetarian there are very limited options. My go-to was the Cobb salad. What a disappointment it is now. Veggies, including the lettuce (and other toppings) are scarce and they got rid of some of the toppings like the blue cheese. Those dining with me also found the choices and quality went down hill.Waitstaff is usually very good. Here and there you will have someone that’s a bit crabby (usually an older person) but more often than not, they are great!

We ate in the bar area.Highly recommended.Steak tips with salad we're awesome.I would avoid the grilled chicken sandwich (has coleslaw which makes it very messy and soaks the bun.

While dining on the terrace, on a beautiful cool evening, people started vaping. Thick smoke was drifting by us as we ate. I assume it’s allowed because the waitress didn’t mind.Returned this week for a quick (dine in) The menu was new. No more delicious nachos or famous fries. The food was very disappointing. Need a new go-to place close by.

Ordered haddock which was very dry so I asked for tatter sauce and got about 3 tablespoons full. Was charged .75 which was on the bill as salad dressing. I mentioned it to the bartender/waitress, with the fake long eyelashes and she said it was for the tater sauce. I told her I was surprised to be charged for it. She said "well, did you think it would be free?. Wow! So tacky and not good. She served us well and the atmosphere is very nice. But come on if I had ordered fish and chips would I be charged for ketchup? Not going back. Keep your tater sauce Atkinson.

Had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner here. Everything was awesome! Chicken wings, shrimp Alfredo and chicken pot pie was all sooo good. Dinner rolls were to die for. However, the highlight of the evening was our awesome waiter Aaron! So polite, funny and attentive, even recommended a dessert (Mississippi mud pie) which did not disappoint!

Atmosphere is great! We like to golf here and grab a bite after, but have also brought the kids since we live close by. We are never treated like the kids are an inconvenience which you get at a lot of other country clubs. Our experience here has always been a good one. Food, service and staff are wonderful. We had Madison tonight and she was AWESOME! Great personality and the service was on point.
