Employees have a horrible attitude. Not considerate. They made us wait 35 minutes for 2 drinks. They made me and my wife's drink completely wrong. Clearly aromas is losing their edge and dont have the people that they need. Please avoid this location if you cherish your joes the same way me and my wife do.

Got scammed on Saturday 3/19/2025 older woman charged me $7.50 for a 24.OZ rush which I thought was strange but paid anyways then she came up to the second window before I left and said the card didn’t go through (which it did) and charged me 5.05 which is the actual price of a 24.OZ rush. Double charged and scammed at this location BEWARE!

Not coming back to this Aroma Joe’s again. I pulled up to the drive thru and the lady opens the window and just stares at me. I say hello to break the awkward silence and she responds with “You want to order today sir?” I order my food and hand my card to pay then throws my card at me and slams the window close. Extremely rude, very disrespectful.
