Very fast and tasty best restaurant in Barrington
My husband and I came in on Christmas Eve due to a power outage at our house, needing a hot meal! We had an artichoke pizza (we are vegetarians) 2 glasses of wine and greekstyle fries. They were flavorful and just what we needed! Thanks for being open and for such amazing food!

Millo's Pizza & Grill has friendly service and a full bar. The food is delicious, with subs being huge and the chicken broccoli alfredo calzone being a consistent favorite. Calzones are also delicious. Menu items like steak bomb, chicken parmesan, chicken Alfredo meal, buffalo wings, mozzarella sticks, and cheesy fries are amazing. The restaurant has plenty of parking and seating, and reasonable prices. It can get noisy in the dining area when busy, especially when the bar is full, but the atmosphere can also be quiet at times. The staff provides great customer service. Millo's has a huge menu with excellent options, including BLT club, pizza, and seafood. Overall, Millo's Pizza & Grill is a great place to eat, with great prices and plenty of food to take home.
