It is remarkable how every time I've ordered from this location my order seems to be wrong every. Single. Time. Coupled with the staff's sour attitude no matter what time of year or day, I'd steer clear of the Bartlett location. Clearly, the influx of rude, entitles tourists from southern New England states has ruined this one, coming from a local.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Woman in drive thru shouted at me when I tried to explain my order. I’m appalled. Warning- don’t ever go here! First the first time ever I left the drive thru line.

If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. Lexi (Manager) is a joke. I only know her name because of her name tag. She could care less and that trickles down to the rest of the employees there. While I was there she cursed out a customer and I was appalled. Done with this place. Rude. Disrespectful. Definitely not management material.

Please just get a different manager at this location. I ordered two dozen donuts, and realized I would probably need one more dozen. The girl there, don't even know her name, said I need to call ahead and come back tomorrow. I called the dd in North Conway, the manager was very apologetic and even gave me a dozen donuts for free to make up for it. The girl here is a bully and deliberately refused service to me. I had many guests waiting for donuts during the busy holiday weekend. I went through the drive thru twice, and then drove all the way to North Conway, just to get a dozen all because the employee at this location wanted to throw a tantrum. She said said she doesn't care she wants to get fired. I mean is it that hard to just put donuts in a box??

We waited 50 mins for our food. At last we got a wrong order with missing avocado toasts.

I'm sorry but is it wrong to think when you enter a place of service someone would actually greet you and provide said service? I stood at the counter for several minutes while cool and the gang wondered around and never even said a word to me nor offered to help in anyway.
. Whoever owns this store needs to do some serious cleaning house, because there isn't much hope of a sustainable future the way things are running currently.. Employees hanging out, leaned up against the counters trying to "spit game" to their coworkers, while customers are literally walking out the door... SMH...
