The lady was very nice and helpful. The hot chocolate ran out and they didn't have any powder left so the woman offered us a refund and to help with the trouble of having to come back she gave us a drink for free.

It's Dunkin! They were open hours before any place else and had coffee, tea, and snacks at 6 in the morning. Every place else didn't open until 8 or later.

These employees work shorthanded and still keep it together. Very busy store and hard to please everyone. Be kind to the servers, they are all people too.
Theee employees working and would not so much as acknowledge anyone inside they were working drive thru only. When the gentleman in front of us asked several time if any of is could have service he was ignored ao he walked out. We waited a few minutes ans I asked if we could be served. We were told they were too busy with the drive thi And we she go get in that line. Needless to say we and quite a few people walked out and did NOT get in the drive thru line!! 3 rudest servers iove ever seen!!!

The one man (with brown hair & tattoos) working solo today. Wow! Literally a one-man show today. Running constantly for drive-through & greeted me & got my order made right away too. How do you move so fast? I hope they compensate you well for your hard work.
