Ledge Brewing & Tacos in Intervale, NH is a hidden gem tucked away from the main road. Established in late 2020, this brewery features a bright interior with indoor and outdoor seating. The atmosphere is casual with a friendly and entertaining staff. The taproom offers a nice variety of beer styles including IPA's, stouts, a witbeir, and lager. Popular beers include the Pink Guava Club, ledge light, koda bears, and the LIQUID DESSERT Stout. The beer selection makes it hard to choose because a bunch of stuff sounds good. There is a small open kitchen slinging tacos. The tacos have a ton of filling and are really flavorful. Options include pork carnitas al pastor, chicken tinga, beef chile Colorado, and pork & pineapple tacos. The oyster mushroom taco is a great vegetarian option and is fire. The French fries are awesome and even better than the tacos. The red sauce is SPICY and flavorful. There were lots of small children and families playing outside in the grassy area. Musicians were arriving on a Saturday night. Lots of parking is available.
