Craft Breweries near Intervale

“Getting all up in that northern New Hampshire again with a visit to Ledge Brewing Company in Intervale, NH. The last time I was here was in January 2023 & there was a ten piece flight which was a great time to take down. Unfortunately this time around I was told it wasn't available so I grabbed a couple flights & a full pour to get in as much as I could. It was a Saturday afternoon & the place was super busy which is great to see up here. All of the breweries I went to in the Conway area this day from Tuckerman Brewing Company & Moat Mountain Brewing Company had a good amount of patrons so hopefully they're thriving. Established in late 2020 they have been around for going on six years now & don't show any sign of slowing down. They had a nice variety of styles here including IPA's, stouts, a witbeir, lager & more. I grabbed a lot here so let's get into my favorite five beers & check those out. 🍻🍻🔥☘

The first 4oz was the AS YOU WISH IPA, a good & hazy New England IPA with all the citrus & mosaic you expect. My second taster was the OFF PISTE Pale Ale, another good hoppy above average pale ale that was crisp & light at 4.9%ABV. My third 4oz was the WUNDERKAMMER Dunkel, a delicious & toasty clean lager with hints of coffee. My last taster was the HOBO JOE Stout, this was a good smooth & crushable coffee stout at a decent 5.6%ABV. I ended with a nice pour of the excellent LIQUID DESSERT Stout. This was really good & easily the best beer of the visit, it was nice & thick (that's what she/he/they said) & at 10.9%ABV hides the boozy taste really well. 🍺🔥☘🍻

Out of the nine beers I got there was only two I had tried on my first visit in 2023 so it was great to try so much new stuff. There was a small open kitchen in the taproom with a guy slinging tacos, poutine, quesadillas & more. All your usual seating options here including tables & hightops with some outdoor seating as well. The taproom itself had more life to it than I remember when I was previously here in 2023 with a lot to look at & a bright interior. It was definitely fun to get back here & I'm looking forward to returning again when I have a excuse to return to the area. Cheers! 🍻🍻☘🔥✌🍺♥️
