It was great till this morning, when I tried to order the breakfast empanada, and the blonde male was like I don't know that that is I can't see the drive up board(and he gave me a rude attitude when saying that), he proceeds to ask which one, and I'm like there's only one option (the breakfast empanada) and then he goes through the rest of the sandwichs on the rest of the take out board so, neither less to say I'm still very happy with thr barttlet dunkin, but he need to work on knowing the menu a little more, I'll still go cause I love all the workers there

Honestly such a terrible location. I don’t understand why the blonde male manager would even continue to work here when he’s THAT miserable. Huffing and puffing while doing the job HE chose to do. Such terrible service. Drive a little further to the next location, you’ll be better off. He’s miserable every. Single. Day. So

We prefer to go to this Dunkin's even though it is out of the way of where we normally stay. The one in town that we've been too always gives us issues.

This is by far the worst Dunkin establishment I have ever visited. 9:30 am on a Thursday. They have only two varieties of munchkins left... several of the "good" donuts are sold out. Staff walking around in circles with people waiting. Pass on the this place... drive a bit further and visit one of the local coffee shops. There are plenty.

There's zero service and the atmosphere is terrible. Couldn't go through the drive through so went inside. You have to order off of a kiosk which is slower then a 7 year itch. The employees refuse to take cash unless you are going through the drive thru but they have a tip jar out for CASH tips. Makes a lot of sense don't it. Dunkin should be ashamed of this location.
I wouldn’t waste your time.The manager was beyond rude. Lied about having donuts when I could see the donuts on the cart.

This is the worst dunkin Donuts when it comes to service, Most orders are botched, then when one complains they threaten to put in a police report for no trespassing . What great service, I suggest you avoid this establishment. Very badly managed.

Guy with blonde hair balled up my sandwich is threw it at me when I went to return it for being ice cold. Dunkin’s should shut this location down until they can find a crew that is remotely ready to deal with the public

Went in to order only had cash on me and they only had cashless kiosks in the front, got an attitude from the blonde guy behind the counter slammed my drink on the counter kept huffing and puffing around the store sorry I can't fit my 26ft long 13 ft tall box truck through the drive thru if you can't handle getting busy or taking orders at the front work somewhere else not everybody always has money on a card
Friendly staff offered to heat up my donut. Order was fast and correct. Five stars.
