Went to Carolines for the Pot Pie Bar. We were having guests and we were looking for something "different". Unfortunately, I went as they were stocking up for a Holiday Festival at the Doubletree and there was a limited selection. We ended up with: Traditional Chicken; Buffalo Chicken; Bratwurst, Beer & Cheddar; and Cheeseburger Mac 'n Cheese. They were all delicious. The crust on the top was light and flakey. We did bring home the Pork Schintzel with Dijon Cream Sauce. I heated it 2 and 1/2 minutes on each side in an air fryer.
Top notch! So juicy and thick, yet tender, I could cut it with a fork... but use a knife as I have huge biceps [smile]. The Dijon Cream Sauce paired perfectly. Not overpowering and lightly salted... it humbles my favorite...
