I was overcharged, gaslighted, and dismissed by both staff members there without any refund. I’ve never had any issues before at any location and refrained from making a scene because I had my son with me.

Of all of the poorly trained, indifferent staff at all of the poorly managed Dunkins in the state, this one just might take the cake.The absolute gall of insisting that I got my own sandwich order wrong- as if I made it myself?Either train your staff properly, or pay better wages to attract better employees.At the very least try to provide some semblance of service.
