Fathers day buffet was very poor... server told us buffet was 30 minutes behind.... waited over an hour before we could eat. Buffet options were not as advertised.. no roasted suckling pig, no ribs, no bison stew, pork shanks were luke warm and not sauced, no elk, no duck legs instead we got boiled duck wings.. no prosciutto asparagus. no one was refilling buffet and had to ask for multiple items to be refilled. lamb was not seasoned and pork shanks looked refresh from the boil-in-bag... 75$????? for this? embarrassing food example of food service.

Your Father’s Day Carnivore Buffet was a Huge disappointment! You advertised a buffet with completely different food than was served to us. Not to mention the fact that there was no food to serve until 1 hour after our reservation. If you charge $75 for a buffet needs to be as advertised or better. It was a completely different menu with much cheaper food. Pro tip, don’t lie to your regular customers, it pisses us off. It will be a LONG time before I return.

Mediocre - head to Copper Door instead.

Food is terrible, over priced and the service is slow and rude. If that isn’t enough to discourage you from going to this place you need to know it is absolutely filthy. Filthy to the point where you can tell ownership is cheap and management is not capable of running a clean restaurant. Don’t go.

Honestly a mid dining experience. My aunts invited me to lunch and it wasn’t anything special. I’ll be picking the place next time for sure lol.

We love this place for lunch and summer evenings on the patio. Unfortunately, on Friday and weekend evenings the service is so bad! They have no clue how to actually deal with a full restaurant. Food is pretty good but the appetizers and salads are the best things on the menu.

Hi Kieth- thank you for answering my review. My detailed experience from tonight was that it took about 10-15 from the from seating until the waitress acknowledged we were there and then a few more minutes before she came to take our drink order. At the 40 minute mark my son still did not have a soda. It just feels like this is a pattern for us on Fridays or weekends, but we get great service during lunch and the weekdays! Food is always good although at times we wish portions were a little larger (which is why my go to dish is the steak salad). Live music is always a plus. Overall your restaurant is one of our regular stops but feel some extra and attentive waitstaff could really benefit you.

What a disappointment.. we came in for lunch on Saturday and were seated after waiting a few minutes (no problem there). We sat down, chatted, and started browsing the menu. Once we figured out what we wanted we noticed that a waitress had not come over yet... but we did notice that the waitress had been to the table next to us about 2-3 times at that point and did not bother to even say a word to greet us. The waitress went back to the water station and came back over to the table next to us, again not one word. Mind you there were 4 tables and us... a few people at the bar and 2 waitresses. I get being short staffed but to not even greet your customers after being sat for long enough to figure out what we wanted... unacceptable. We got up and walked out at that point. Mind you, this was our first time there... but I don't think we'll be back after that experience.

Absolutely terrible! My steak came out raw. It was inedible. When I asked for a manager I was told there was not one in the building. This is very unprofessional and overall absurd. I did not receive any compensation for my food and I had to pay for them to redo it. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had a restaurant in my entire life. Do NOT come to this establishment.

We had our first experience with the restaurant. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks, and 50 minutes for our meals to arrive. We were the only couple[ in the restaurant at the time. Ordered two beers initially, beer was stale, and apologee's were frequent with lack of service. This restaurant had the worse service of any restaurant we have ever experienced. We declined the meal after waiting almost an hour for our order.
