Thai Food Connection Bedford offers incredibly authentic and yummy dishes with fresh ingredients. The roasted chicken ramen and pineapple fried rice with crispy chicken were highlights. The gyoza and Thai iced tea were also delicious. The portions are big and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant has a casual vibe and is vegetarian/vegan friendly. The crispy chicken was a bit bland, but when combined with the flavorful rice, it was good. The roasted chicken ramen had a flavorful broth but some parts were harder to eat due to the skin/fat/connective tissue. The Thai iced tea was also pretty good. The restaurant seems to specialize more in takeout and offers boba tea as well.
