Went to Carolines for the Pot Pie Bar. We were having guests and we were looking for something "different". Unfortunately, I went as they were stocking up for a Holiday Festival at the Doubletree and there was a limited selection. We ended up with: Traditional Chicken; Buffalo Chicken; Bratwurst, Beer & Cheddar; and Cheeseburger Mac 'n Cheese. They were all delicious. The crust on the top was light and flakey. I’ve ordered from Caroline’s for work a few times. They are exceptionally helpful and easy work with. Also, they are very aware and responsive to things like allergies and dietary restrictions. And they have a variety of flavors to choose from. I’d highly recommend them.
