“This is just inside the big red building at 15 Constitution and it's well worth the stop! I came in today and was greeted with a lot of kindness; I really appreciated how lovely the woman at the register was when she helped me. They have a lot of cozy places to sit and nice tables too. Great menu with options I want to come back and explore. Today I decided to turn the turkey sandwich and it's delicious! Warm, great ingredients, generous and well portioned with those ingredients. It's delicious!

“My husband attended an event and was blown away by how poor the food and service was. The event coordinator and my husband both told the waitress my husband has a severe dairy allergy. First he was served a Caesar salad with caesar dressing and cheese, which he obviously can't eat. The waiter took it away and did not offer anything else. My husband did go ask for a plain salad and maybe olive oil and balsamic vinegar. He got a bowl of romaine and croutons (he avoided the croutons as they often contain dairy). The waitress did bring the balsamic after the salad was eaten. The main course they gave him sweet potatoes with cream. My husband did give the waitress the sweet potatoes and she was going to bring him some more vegetables but never did. The water glasses for the room were only filled once. Many other participants complained about the food as well. The broccolini was very undercooked and over spiced. Staff did not clear the salad plates before serving the main course and participants piled the dishes between them on the tables. The room was also quite cold. My husband keeps our house at 57-62 so for him to say it was cold is very unusual.“

Philly is a great town for food (that’s probably the only thing it’s great for) and while we love most things about NH, the choices for dinning out are definitely not one of those things. Back on May 8, our realtor brought my wife and me to Mr. Mac’s while we were visiting from Arizona. At the time, we were considering relocating to Manchester, New Hampshire, and had several job interviews lined up. We had never been to Mr. Mac’s before and didn’t know what to expect.

That’s when we met Josh.

From the moment we walked in, Josh was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Since it was our first visit, he took the time to guide us through the menu, explain different options, and help us make the right choices. After we received our food, he came back to check on us, and we ended up sharing some laughs and conversation. We told him about our journey from Arizona and our hopes of moving to New Hampshire.

One thing that really stood out was how genuinely interested he was in helping us. He even told us that Mr. Mac’s ships its macaroni and cheese across the country, which was exciting news for us. He didn’t just serve us food—he made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Fast forward to June 8. My family and I completed our cross-country move and are now proud residents of Manchester, New Hampshire. One of the first places we wanted to bring our children was Mr. Mac’s. They absolutely loved it and quickly became fans. We even asked if Josh was working that day because we were excited to see him again, but unfortunately, he had already left for the day.

That’s okay because I’m sure we’ll see him again soon.

Thank you, Josh, for making such a positive impression on our family during a very important season of our lives. Thank you also to everyone at Mr. Mac’s. Every employee we’ve encountered has been kind, welcoming, cheerful, and professional. It’s easy to see why so many people love this place.

We tried the new item on the menu- the saucy chicken/nuggets. The BBQ sauce was SO GOOD. It was smokey and packed a lot of heat ! Yummy !

I was not a fan of the hot honey, it tasted like someone sprinkled cayenne pepper on a boat load of overly sweetened honey and then poured it on chicken. If that's your thing you will LOVE it. It just wasn't mine.“

“I love coming out to eat at the Crown. Last night I brought my friend who had never been. We sat at the bar and had the pleasure of having the bartenders Tori and Alyssa wait on us. We had the best service and were given recommendations on dinner. And the food was amazing, I love the new things on the menu and I can’t wait to go back and try more!! “Everything is absolutely delicious, fresh, and served piping hot! They were able to help my husband enjoy multiple dishes without any heat, as he is extremely sensitive. On the flip-side, whenever I ask for my dishes to be "extra extra spicy", they are never afraid to serve it up! Lots of fresh ingredients, the herbs and spices, and such fast service. We are so relaxed when we dined there tonight. The server gave us a nice little gift, which we were very touched by his kindness.
