Dress nicely there! Lol My husband and I went there for the first time in our sweater pants and sweatshirt. We thought it was very casual like other taverns we’ve been to. I almost left when I saw the fine dining part. Then my husband asked, and the staff was very nice and directed us to the tavern side. Even there, it’s no sweatpants sweatshirt type of vibe 😂 Food was really good, service was great too! We left very happy. Definitely going back again soon with better dressing!!
This place rocks! Great service, beautiful atmosphere, and delicious food all while being unpretentious and extremely welcoming. I am surprised I was able to walk in on a Friday evening. The NA beer, wine, and mocktail selection is better than any restaurant I have seen. I got the Hand on Heart Cabernet and it was wonderful. Very dry and the grape-juice-and-vinegar flavor that most NA wines have was nowhere to be found. The fancy fries were the best reimagining of poutine that...
lunch recently in the tavern, one of the restaurants at this location...lovely sort of old fashioned dining area, dark woods, and comfortable....we ate at the bar which is small and kind of high, but still nice...nicole was our bartender and she did a fine job, sharing with us the drinks makings as she prepared them...date loves pancakes and they were on the menu, so a pancake it was, and a bunch of them, which i understand you can get a smaller portion of, but she was very happy...
