awesome customer service!
When I go in everyone is pleasant and great. Due to walking down and Covid I've decided to start using the to go ap. Each time I do? I have the right tag, and wrong drink. We walk there. This time I sent my S.O and he didn't think he would have to open my drink to make sure it was done right. Called down to be told one of us would have to walk back down there to fix it. I dont typically complain but 13$ wasted this week in getting the wrong drink.
I ordered my drink, large iced vanilla chai. They gave me their version of it, not telling me that they are not "allowed" to make those that way. How hard is it to add ice to the drink. But to not tell me that up front and charge me $4 plus dollars for something that wasn't what I even asked for is wrong.
