Even though it wasn't the " right" McDonald's according to one of my children he said it still tasted the way it was supposed to, which is high praise from him. There was no issues.

My McChicken sandwich's are always a mess or squashed no matter which McDonald's I go to....sometimes the lettuce has fallen out of the wrapper into the bag which can be a pain.I love the chicken though and I just go home and reassemble them and put more lettuce on....I worked at McDonald's for 7 years so i know it's fast paced but perhaps the McChicken's should be in a box like my filet o'fish and Big Mac's are...just a suggestion ?
