We had ordered online and it said there was a problem with the order. Went in to ask if it worked anyways since it had taken money out of the account. They didnt have our order in their system, which was fine because it wasnt their fault that the app didnt work. We wanted their corporate number in order to contact them for a refund since we couldn't get it in store. The associate had gotten the manager (we are not Karens and didnt ask for the manager) and he just kept telling us that we had to dispute it with the bank and that they didnt have a corporate number to call because they are a franchise. All franchises are under corporations so not sure how they didnt have a number. We tried to explain that it would be difficult to dispute with the bank that we cant prove we didnt get our food and just wanted to be able to get a refund in the case that didnt work. During us trying to explain, the store associate began speaking over us and interrupting even though she shouldn't have even been involved anymore since the manager was there. He just reiterated the same and that they couldn't help us. Left with no food and no refund. We won't be returning to this location. Unprofessional and unhelpful

I don't hate this plce but today i made the mistake of parking not-at-the-pump and now i've been stuck here for 20 minutes. Please come up with a dedicated area for deliveries.

I was at the counter for ten minutes and nobody came out. I could see them back there chin wagging though. Is doing your job really that hard? So I left. Don't waste your time here.

I stopped here to get a sandwich at 10:30 on a Friday night. I was told that they were closing up so I couldn’t get any food. Meanwhile, the kids sitting there on his phone and there are signs all around me stating that they’re open until 11. Very disappointed.

My sister worked here for 5 hours yesterday and then quit because the manager was talking about how she hits her husband and her children. 0/10. Domestic abuse.

How in the world can you have a new member work by her self and open a store when she has no clue how to do anything in the store. And how in the world can the store manager have the whole weekend off and not just this weekend but all the time and only works like 27.5 a week. I have been in this business for over 30 years and have never see anything like this before. This manager should be fired. YOU NEVER LEAVE A NEW MEMBER TO OPEN BY THEM SELF WHEN THEY HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO DO ANYTHING. New members should always have someone there at all time and the manager should not be having weekend off all the time. No matter where I have work the manager has always worked one weekend day and how an a manager only work 27.5 hours a week. And if I could give no stars I would.

Terrible. Worker had no customer service skills. Asked for a salad with Rotisserie chicken and she scooped up cold chicken and tossed it on the salad without offering to heat it up. They had no vegetables except spinach, and the place looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Nasty.

Good sub. But I wanted only certain things on mine & they added mayo unfortunately i only ate the top trying to avoid the mayo on bottom which is where the cheese also
