603 Bar-B-Q Reviews
First time visiting today and it worth the wait! The food was great (especially the sausage links!) the staff, especially Andrew were so friendly and welcoming! I will be coming back
absolutely the best jalapeno poppers I've ever had. they were scrumptious. usually barbecue joints have really crummy mac and cheese this is really delicious homemade mac and cheese. everything from the barbecue sauce to the brisket is fantastic
Can’t say enough good things about this place. Friendly staff. So many different sauces to choose from. The Mac and cheese has such a delicious unique flavor, awesome baked beans, brisket, really anything but we just tried the street tacos for the first time today and WOW! These guys are hands down the best in the biz. My only complaint is that they close at 4, I hope they decide to do later hours - at least once a week 🤪 Try them, you won’t regret it!!

603 Bar-B-Q is a must-visit for BBQ lovers. Their beef cheeks, turkey street taco, and tender brisket are highly recommended, and the loaded baked potato is a crowd favorite. The mac and cheese has a nice smoky flavor that complements the delicious BBQ sauce perfectly. The cold slaw is surprisingly good. The music selection, played from real vinyl records, adds a magical touch. Don’t forget to try the incredible banana pudding for dessert!
The friendly staff takes pride in their work, and the service is amazing. The meat platter with three sides is a great choice, and the sausage and cornbread are must-tries. The Texas Twinkie is smoky, sweet, and spicy—just one bite will hook you. With great vibes and food to die for, 603 Bar-B-Q is worth the drive. You’ll be blown away and back for more! This spot has only been around for two years, but people were already waiting over an hour. The chef trained in Texas, and from the counter alone the meats looked straight out of a Central Texas smokehouse. The brisket wasn't the most tender brisket, but it was the best in New England. The pork ribs were excellent, the burnt ends solid. The Dr. Pepper sauce is a favorite, with a nice peppery kick on top of that usual sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. They supplied a generous amount of food that was more than enough, and the food was amazing. People said this was the best BBQ they have ever had. Exceptional BBQ that’s definitely worth the price. The burnt ends were tender with a sweet and savory flavor. The brisket had so much flavor and just melted in your mouth. The elote and mac n cheese were wonderful. The Texas Twinkie packed a heated punch!
