Terrible. Worker had no customer service skills. Asked for a salad with Rotisserie chicken and she scooped up cold chicken and tossed it on the salad without offering to heat it up. They had no vegetables except spinach, and the place looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Nasty.

Good sub. But I wanted only certain things on mine & they added mayo unfortunately i only ate the top trying to avoid the mayo on bottom which is where the cheese also

I ordered online and had the sandwich size wrong, bread type wrong, and missing ingredients. I knew at pickup that the sub was wrong because it was 12in and not 6in, but theres only so much time local workers get for their lunch, so the idea of getting it fixed wasn't something I had time to do. And it's concerning since the taped on receipt was right, but the product wasn't.

How in the world can you have a new member work by her self and open a store when she has no clue how to do anything in the store. And how in the world can the store manager have the whole weekend off and not just this weekend but all the time and only works like 27.5 a week. I have been in this business for over 30 years and have never see anything like this before. This manager should be fired. YOU NEVER LEAVE A NEW MEMBER TO OPEN BY THEM SELF WHEN THEY HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO DO ANYTHING. New members should always have someone there at all time and the manager should not be having weekend off all the time. No matter where I have work the manager has always worked one weekend day and how an a manager only work 27.5 hours a week. And if I could give no stars I would.

Great service, very clean, only 4 stars Bec they didn't have a bread option or 2 available but everything was lot very well to see the food. Tables to eat if you decide to throw it down the hatch quickly. Tip the workers they deserve it for the fast and attentive service.

I have been so angry or felt so disrespected by a service worker in my life. Jenn, who I believe to be the manager due to how long she's been there, is an absolute miserable person who should not be customer facing. She has the worst attitude towards a customer I've dealt with. I have been in the restaurant business, I have been in sales, now I install and service handicap mobility equipment. The s*** service she provides is inexcusable. She makes you feel like you are a bother and should not be allowed to order from the restaurant. She looks unprofessional to say the least, and basically yells at you as soon as you get in to line. I'm not one to approve of the "cancel or fire" culture, but this lady has rubbed every person I know who has gone to here the wrong way. I find it hard to believe the territory manager would approve of such vulgar behavior towards a customer. I work 5 min down the street, I am making it a goal in my life to steer everyone I know to one of the locations in Concord. I'm beyond disgusted by this service. She needs to do a 180 with her pics poor attitude, find a job that doesn't involve customer interactions what so ever.
