Love staying at the Rosewood! Friendly hosts and delicious food. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

Food was excellent (maple salmon, terra major steak, and chicken carbonara). Pumpkin cake for dessert was excellent as well. Dining area was very cozy, with a separate very nice pub area. Will definitely be back.

We were staying at an AirBnB about 30 mins away. We had tried the other limited options in the area which were all okay but this was a true standout so I definitely felt compelled to write a review. We ordered the arancini for appetizers which were delicious. Trust me, we live in NYC and have had arancini from Little Italy and these were delish. As mains we ordered salmon which was perfectly cooked, Chile rellenos which was super tasty, and the shepherds pie which was delicious. The service was amazing. The people serving were super attentive and kind. There were only a few other diners in the restaurant but I don’t know why because this place deserves way more popularity! It’s worth driving a little extra to if you’re not in the area. They also had a nice little selection of beer and hard cider as well as a full bar. I think the fact that they have a small menu with rotating specials allows them to have things that are super fresh and delicious. We ended with a warm apple crisp with lovely spices and topped with ice cream. Loved this place and would definitely come back if we’re ever in the area again!

My wife and I were there the other night got dinner with friends. And since I am alethov to mushrooms my options were limited so I had a salad ( which was wonderful), then l had clam chowder soup (which left much to be desired as some vegetables), then I had the meatloaf, which consisted of three hockey sized piece of meatloaf (no veggies in the meat), string beans, and mashed potatoes. I ended up eating about 1/2 inch of the meatloaf and about 1/2 of the string beans. And some of the mashed potatoes.My wife ate about the same amount.To me the worst part was when the bill arrived, the full amount was on the bill.As far as I am concerned , I will not be back (even thpugh it is somewhat local).

The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. The inn is surrounded by beautiful grounds, including a pond. The buffet breakfast, which comes with the overnight fee, was fresh, delicious and ample. One could also order a very good omelet. The staff was very helpful. It is located in a lovely, peaceful New England town.

I have gone to two karaoke nights and a few Sunday brunches so far and absolutely will be returning! The food has never disappointed, even our group’s pickiest always finish in every bite. The service and hospitality is above all. If you are looking for a fun night out and intimate dining experience, this is your place!

Nice quiet get away. Close to many outdoor activities. The breakfast both mornings was very good. Very nice owners!!

Have gone to many restaurants in the southern New Hampshire area and so far this one has been one of the best fine dining experience. It's a little bit out of the way but well worth the extra mile. They prepare very exceptional dishes, every plate was it's own masterpiece. All the food tasted very fresh and cooked with care. I would definitely go here for a date night or for some other special occasion.

Lovely dining experience. Food was cooked perfectly with just the right touch of seasoning and tenderness. Staff was exceptionally friendly and had a great sense of humor. The atmosphere was very welcoming, cheerful, and pleasant. Definitely one of the better, if not the best restaurants in the area. Would absolutely recommend.
