Just called to see if they deliver to my area. So far I'm impressed with the customer service. The lady I spoke with on the phone very nice and they do deliver. Haven't ordered food yet. But I know what I'm having for dinner tonight.
Ordered wife a grinder toasted, fries and myself a calzone with their online service. Computer said it would be ready at 5:02 PM. Arrived 5 minutes early, and was advised calzone was still cooking. I noted my wife's sandwich and fries marked by number were sitting on the counter. 20 minutes later they brought out a calzone to cook and blamed it on being busy. They did swap fries with an order that had come out but my wife's sandwich was not only stone cold it stuck to the paper....read full review
