The worst customer service of any Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to in my life. Staff is horrible, they don't care about the customers at all, not at this location.
Slowest drive thru EVER! Only been there twice and each time I waited over 5 minutes in drive thru. First time no one else was in line, but just one employee working the entire store it seemed. The second time I was third in line and waited 5 minutes at the order screen and then at least 5 more minutes to get my coffee and sandwich. And no apology from the employees for the long wait. I won't be stopping back next time unless I have 20 minutes to kill.
