“Tom makes the daily special and serves it while bread, cereal, muffins, drinks, fruit, etc. is self-service. Tom does a great job taking care of guests. He will modify orders when he can. I left the egg off the special of the breakfast sandwich, and I had an option of at least 4 cheeses.One can sit at the counter or in the cozy cafe area, but there is more seating in the inns lobby (maybe by the fire) and across the hall.Several copies of the local paper were on the counter to read.Vegetarian options: Sausage and bacon were offered. Otherwise, it was vegetarian..“
“Cozy cafe that had surprisingly good coffee. Little pricey for offerings but because of location I can understand why. Best option for coffee in the plaza area for sure otherwise it's hotel swill. Limited hours so go earlier rather than later.“
“Mad River Coffee is always a good stop when you're in the area. We stopped on Tuesday and wasn't disappointed. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich special. OMG so good! I took a pic of the specials board so I could attempt to make it at home. We'll see how successful I am. Coffee and service gets an "A" as well. Make sure to visit.“
