Bathrooms have not been cleaned in months!!! I was there a month ago and there was still fecal matter on the wall next to toilet.. wall below hand dryer completely filthy.. Lost my appetite, the workers use this bathroom and then make our food. Disgusting!!!

Had to ring up again after poor customer skills with no care to improve. Rude as rude can get. Kids actually went to car after 15 mins. Hope we make the cog up north. Young Wesleys $400 bucks are not on the line. Deserves fired

Ordered a large iced coffee 3 creams 3 sugars. Tasted like water with cream and had zero sugar. Barely even tasted like coffee.
P.S. I am not a sweet tooth, and the sugar was not on the bottom of the cup.

Ordered a half dozen donuts on the app, there was an old lady working there that was yelling at everyone for anything she could think of - completely unnecessarily.
She single handedly made it the worst dunkin experience I've ever had.
She asked a girl to get on register so she did and then proceeded to yell at her for taking orders instead of making orders - as soon as the girl started making orders the old lady yells at her to stop ignoring the register - all the while the old lady is just walking in circles looking over people's shoulder instead of doing anything productive.
Also my boston cream donut didn't have cream in it...

Update from 5 years on. Still a complete joke. Mess up about 80% of the time, usually out of most products by about 1030am, won't refund you so don't use mobile ordering, you'll just throw your money away. Seriously at least when you burn money you get some heat. Literally the absolute worst.

This place is actually horrible. After work yesterday I thought “hey I’ll swing by Dunkin and grab a coffee and bagel” shouldn’t take long right? Wrong. There was only two cars ahead of me but I waited 30 minutes before it was my turn to place an order. When I got to the drive through intercom the man was super rude and abrasive. Once I approached the window they took my payment. After this… the man who I spoke with over the intercom sluggishly leans over the counter and says “we didn’t have any everything bagels left so I put it on a plane. Does that work?” How about checking to see if any are left before I PAY? I said no but he still left it in my bag. This was a MAJOR F-U. I get it. Working with the public is hard. People complain. But I also worked all day and managed to put a smile on my face, I am spending my hard earned money and we are in a recession!!! This guy was the worst. Don’t go here.
