I went through the drive through and ordered a cinnamon rasin bagel with cream cheese, I pulled away and looked at my bagel with NO cream cheese. I walked in to correct the issue and the employee gave me an aditude about it instead of just accepting the fact that he messed up my order, he decided to be rude and disrespectful

I live here and I avoid this Dunkin at all times. Every time I've tried it the food comes out cold, slow, and wrong. They've messed up my order every time and when they don't, it's cold and gross. Teenagers that don't wanna be there, slow service, and bad food I can't recommend this Dunkin

Ordered cold brew with a splash of cream but it came out milky white. Ended up ordering another one black and added a cream myself.

Bathrooms have not been cleaned in months!!! I was there a month ago and there was still fecal matter on the wall next to toilet.. wall below hand dryer completely filthy.. Lost my appetite, the workers use this bathroom and then make our food. Disgusting!!!

10/27 10:46 non peak time. Missed two drinks after being asked if, Wesley, heard the order. Oh yea he heard. Missed two drinks. Had to ring up again after poor customer skills with no care to improve. Rude as rude can get. Kids actually went to car after 15 mins. Hope we make the cog up north. Young Wesleys $400 bucks are not on the line. Deserves fired

Ordered a large iced coffee 3 creams 3 sugars. Tasted like water with cream and had zero sugar. Barely even tasted like coffee.
P.S. I am not a sweet tooth, and the sugar was not on the bottom of the cup.
