Caught up with my son for dinner at this wonderful place. Nestled just north of Plymouth off US 3 in Campton, we caught this place on the last night it was open before it closed for the season. What a great find! Rustic, with that walk up to the window and order kind of vibe, all food was prepared right in front of us. Burgers, lobster rolls & garlic fries. Made the way we liked. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic! Hope to catch up with this place again when it opens up next season in 2025!

The Little Red School House offers a fantastic experience, especially if you’re a fan of lobster rolls. They have the traditional version and the hot butter, both very good. The views from the outdoor upstairs seating are incredible, especially during foliage season. The beer selection is solid, and the staff adds to the great atmosphere with their friendliness and attentiveness. A wonderful spot for good food and beautiful scenery!

Went Sunday, Sept 22. Small very casual place but pretty cool layout for seating indoor and outdoor. The staff was so friendly. Food was really great. I had a lobster roll, fries, and a fresh squeezed lemonade. I wish I had room for an ice cream dessert. They also serve beer and hard seltzers. The view is amazing. Definitely a hidden gem!

It wasn't busy. I ordered a clam chowder and a scallop plate. She asked if I wanted chowder before or with a meal, and I said before. My meal came, and I had to ask for the clam chowder. She said she'd scoop it and out it right out near where I was seated. She put it in the other window and a customer next to me told me it was ready. Long wait for the worst clam chowder ever! The potatoes were undercooked and hardly any clams. It didn't taste good. The scallops and hand cut fried were excellent. I would go back and skip the clam chowder.

We went this August for the first time and will definitely be back! Best tasting lobster bisque I ever had and best lobster butter roll. They were experiencing a complete rush at 1:30 in the afternoon and the manager was nice and funny about it and the food came out relatively quickly for how many people flooded into this little restaurant! Go!

We had lunch at the Little Red Schoolhouse on Sunday and it was most excellent. The staff was really good at explaining how everything works, such as placing an order and getting a cool little pager to inform you when everything is ready. My girlfriend had wonderful seafood as well as garlic fries. I had rings to die for and my steak and cheese was mouth watering with all the fixings. We loved the upper deck with the beautiful views of the Pemi. We'll be back for more of this place for sure!

The view is amazing, service was fast and friendly and the food was great. Lots of vegetarian options. Fries were great. Affordable. So glad we detoured off the highway and found it.

I ordered a fish sandwich. I was disappointed because the piece of fish was so small. I looked over at a man that also had a fish sandwich and his piece of fish was huge. I was very disappointed to see this. I hadn’t been there in a couple of years and probably won’t go back.
