Rosebrook Bar offers a mix of good and disappointing experiences. While some dishes, such as the charcuterie board and Washington flatbread, are excellent, others, like the hummus and Caesar salad, may not meet expectations. The presentation of the cheese plate is also criticized. However, the restaurant's service is praised, with friendly staff and a kind manager. The beautiful view overlooking the white mountains is an added bonus.
