This is a favorite restaurant for us, the service is always fantastic, the food and wine selection is amazing .
Fine dining in a historic hotel dining room. Decor is period correct and ambiance reflects the historic style. Service is outstanding, friendly, and attentive. We sampled the Pork Tenderloin Saltombuca and the Short Rib entree's and Sticky Toffee Pudding dessert: all were prepared and presented very well and full of flavors.
The atmosphere and service were great. The food was hit or miss. My salmon was cooked perfectly and I really enjoyed the dish. My husbands pasta was just so so. The chocolate cake was quite dry. The server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the offerings. The room and view are special and worth a visit.

The Main Dining Room at the Mt. Washington Omni Resort offers an excellent dining experience. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and magical, with a view that is outstanding and rivals any other. Service is top-notch, attentive, and friendly, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a first-class experience. The menu features delicious and perfectly cooked options such as filet, short ribs, beet salad, crispy salad, duck, salmon, cod, and Caesar salad. The Paperdelle and desserts are delicious. Although the wine list is said to be ordinary and pricey, the food offerings receive high praise. Overall, it provides a wonderful dining experience that feels like stepping into a historical palace.
