Rosebrook Bar Reviews
Had a great server Tanise. Very friendly and great service. Great views.
A relaxing and delicious lunch at Rosebrook Bar with spectacular mountain views that made the entire experience feel extra special. We got:
HOT PRETZELS
Two oversized pretzels served with beer cheese and Tuckerman's mustard. The pretzels were so good that I devoured the first one immediately and had to order a second before the meal was even over. They had a perfect golden crust with a warm, soft center, and the mustard was incredibly flavorful. Truly the best hot pretzel...read full review
Riley was the best server I’ve had since being in the north country for seven years. I can’t wait to come back to have Riley serve us. He made us feel so welcomed.
It was very awkward the whole “seat yourselves” thing… we had to compete with other patrons to get a seat for us and our 2 kids. Very challenging. I don’t want to feel as if I’m in a competition just to eat a meal with my kids. But once we fought for our table and got a server, Riley made us feel comfortable...read full review

Rosebrook Bar offers a mix of good and disappointing experiences. While some dishes, such as the charcuterie board and Washington flatbread, are excellent, others, like the hummus and Caesar salad, may not meet expectations. The presentation of the cheese plate has also been criticized. The restaurant's service is praised, with friendly staff and a kind manager, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views overlooking the White Mountains, especially from the veranda, where they can take in nearly 180 degrees of scenery and watch beautiful sunsets. The bar offers a variety of drinks, though they are quite pricey for the size served, but taste remains excellent. The menu includes options like flatbreads, cheeseburgers, and clam chowder, which many find to be the highlight, especially when enjoyed with butter and pepper. The atmosphere is perfect for dinner between 2-5 pm, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. Parking is plentiful, making access easy for visitors. Visitors have noted that the views are spectacular and that the indoor setting provides protection from the weather. Some reviews mention that service can be slow, but the overall charm and atmosphere, especially with the views of the Mount Washington Hotel built in 1902, are highly appreciated. Many guests enjoy having drinks with the scenery, though some express concern about the use of unsustainable single-use plastic cups and straws. They also wish they could enjoy specialty coffees like a proper latte rather than just drip coffee. Overall, Rosebrook Bar is known for friendly service, stunning views, and some standout dishes, although some menu items and amenities may not meet everyone's expectations.
