Surprisingly great food. Been there a few times with family now, and was not disappointed each time. Pizza was killer and the meatballs were great. Highly recommend. Btw, it's inside a gas station / convenience store... which threw me at first. But so glad I gave it a shot.

This really pains me to say, but Big Deal apparently has really bad business and food handling practices. I ordered pizza for pick-up yesterday, and when I arrived to pick it up they realized they had sent my pizza order home with someone else (I paid when I arrived). Rather than offering to remake the food they called the other customer and asked them to come back to the store with the intention of sending me home with the pizza that had left their premises. Obviously mistakes happen, but in 40 years of ordering takeout I have never had a restaurant try to send me home with food that left their possession. It doesn't matter if the other customer touched the food, once it's off your property, that's trash, not saleable food. I've been driving a significant distance to get Big Deal's pizza for a decade, because it's the only good pizza place within an hour... but I'm really questioning whether I can do that again after this. Really deeply disappointed.

Pizza is good. Like better than any other pizza in Keene. If you live in Keene and are looking for good pizza, this is it. Not quite CT pizza level but kicks the pants off any other pizza place in Keene by a mile.

We have been getting some takeout food there lately and it’s really good. The pizza is a favorite, and the chicken wings are delicious. Also, the onion rings are very good. The staff are very friendly. It is so nice to have a local place that is welcoming and has good food and good service.
