“Took them 4 1/2 hours to do anything for my 100% disabled vet roommate who was run over by a bus. Hadn't cleaned her wounds, checked her injuries, or given her pain meds/ saline until I told them to start doing their jobs. Tried to evict her that day with no help. Didn't check her concussion, shoulder, or knee out. Took 2 days off her begging for them to look at her left toe. Didn't even want to wheel her to the car outside the front door in her crippled condition. charged her over $10,000 for 2 days of terrible care. The bruise from her IV is the worst bruise on her body from the whole thing. Forced highly addictive drugs on her or be removed from the hospital aswell.“
