“Ordered from them today and was so disappointed after I had heard good things! Cold food, some of my order missing and portion for two is a joke! Hopefully just an off day but geezzzzz! Very disappointed!”

“Ok... so... bit of a story but still positive. Went in fir first time on a snowy afternoon. Nobody there. Been dying to try food. Was very excited. Ordered the cheese stuff breadaticks and Cajun dry rub wings and a stuffed crust taco pizza. Breadsticks come out and they were regular breadsticks... oops... they took back and made correct ones... wings come out in meantime, looked n smelled amazing. Bit into first one, unfortunately not cooked all the way thru. I almost cried. I was so excited to try food n ive heard all good things. Just wanted everything to be great AND didnt wanna be a dick with yet another thing wrong. Again they took back no questions asked to make more. Owner come out to speak to me. Explained I wasnt trying to be a dick he understood n understands you want what you want n naturally expect it to be right and of course apologized . Goes back and brings out wings this time fully cooked and with extra. They were indeed delicious. Crispy but juicy n lots of flavor. And their ranch and blue cheese were both awesome as well. Cheese stuffed breadsticks were amazing, and definitely stuffed, gooey and seasoned deliciously and the marinara was delicious as welll, sweet and a lil chunky (like me 🤣 ) . The pizza came out. Huge and delicious. N legit stuffed crust. Plenty of cheese n great seasoning. Not cheap but not super expensive but food is great when done right. Very apologetic and quickly corrected. No compensation per se but were given extra wings. Round 2 . Went in again.. couldn't make up my mind between 2 amazing sounding subs on menu... and unfortunately very similar names evidently. One was cold with pretty much all the meats and one was hot with pretty much all the meats lol. Decided on the hot one. Was very excited for it. Not so much when order came out and a cold sub was placed in front of me. Cold meats no veggies. Naturally cause didn't say any sort of veggies as I didnt order cold grinder. But.. it was the other one I was considering anyway so just handed back to them to add veggies to it. Good sandwhich just again.. not what I ordered n was excited for. Again no type of compensation but it was a great sub afterall. All n all... great food and service is good but my advice, dont expect it to be cheap and make sure u watch register or double check your order. If go buy total visit n not individual items its only 2 strikes so theres still at least another chance. Will try again. Besides still really wanna try the other grinder I was excited for last time. Lots of great sounding things on menu and could prob please about anyone. Give it a shot if in the area. Plenty of parking in lot beside it and right on pleasant street so easy to get to.”

“I was served cold food I had to have them make my toasted steak and cheese bomb with provolone cheese add mayo pickles and jalapeno again because they didn't put the peppers and and mushrooms that come with the bomb and they dropped hot pizza on my lap and they they didn't put mayo or toast it the second time by the time the kids pizza came out for me to feed the I couldn't eat my food I was being rushed they couldn't give the grandchildren there ice cream or drink didn't fill my water and anyone's drink at the table sons onion rings cold and son girlfriend sub was cold not to happy with service went in on a Friday 4 weeks back place was packed and had better food and service and the children didn't get there ice cream or drink”

“Such a cute hotel! The staff is truly amazing and so kind. We felt welcomed from check in through check out. The breakfast in the more was perfect for post wedding breakfast including the gluten free/dairy free options! Pictures do not do this hotel justice for how cute and comfortable it is. 10/10 Would go back!”

“This Inn is such a hidden gem! Great service, beautiful rooms and an amazing event space. The staff and inn cat are wonderful too! We had our wedding here and it was an amazing weekend!!!”

“I have been going to or ordering from Tremont for many years. I understand being busy, but over two hours for a burger and a sub is a bit ridiculous. I called and asked for eta after an hour and a half, all I got was it's going to be on the next delivery run. Not real apology. I'm not impressed at all.”

“Great place to go again. finally got rid of all the power trips and bad news. if you want a nice place to hang out relax play some pool, darts and house games come in and talk to the bartender about joining.”

“Today we ordered a meatball and Philly cheese steak sub. This is the best subway location. The ingredients are always so fresh and the sandwiches are always made perfectly. It blows other subway locations out of the water. The people that work there are very friendly and care that you get the best sandwich.”

“This place is amazing they have an amazing special cocktail menu themed around Shrek. Prices are cheap food is great and Mamo makes a killer lobster. I’ve never been to a bar where I can sit down and ask the bartender for a freshly cooked lobster and they’ll send the head chef out show me the lobster tank and let me pick a lobster.

The BBQ food is the best in the area as well. Ask them to BBQ the lobster you won’t be disappointed.”
