“I was served cold food I had to have them make my toasted steak and cheese bomb with provolone cheese add mayo pickles and jalapeno again because they didn't put the peppers and and mushrooms that come with the bomb and they dropped hot pizza on my lap and they they didn't put mayo or toast it the second time by the time the kids pizza came out for me to feed the I couldn't eat my food I was being rushed they couldn't give the grandchildren there ice cream or drink didn't fill my water and anyone's drink at the table sons onion rings cold and son girlfriend sub was cold not to happy with service went in on a Friday 4 weeks back place was packed and had better food and service and the children didn't get there ice cream or drink“

“Best experience ever. Delicious espresso martini, spot on clam chowder, perfectly cooked wings with special house sauce, unique pretzel and cheese dip. I loved every aspect. Most of all the customer service and how I was treated. They were the nicest women I have ever met. It was my birthday and they went over and beyond to make me feel special. A marvelous destination to make special memories. I will always remember this place. Cannot recommend it more.“

“Shanghai Garden is wonderful when you want a delicious take-out dinner that is always ready very fast (except on Christmas Eve). I love that you can order it online. You can customize dishes easily when ordering online, like which vegetables you want included. My kids both enjoy the egg rolls and chicken fried rice. The steamed raviolis are my son’s favorite menu item. The chicken and broccoli is great. We have our favorites and always have the same order. At some point we will be more adventurous and order dishes we haven’t tried, yet. I believe they are open every day, which is convenient since our town pizza shop is closed on Sundays and Mondays. I am grateful that we have such a reliable Chinese takeout restaurant in Springfield.“
